In the event that the item is readily available in our inventory, we will promptly make arrangements for its shipment to your designated address.
    • STEP FOUR: You will receive comprehensive updates at every stage of the custom HERMÈS order, keeping you informed about the craftsmanship process. Once your custom handcrafted order is finished based on the provided specifications and personalization requested by you, we will send you photos and videos for your review to ensure the quality and that all your requirements have been met to the highest standards. This will help us prevent and minimize the chances of product returns.

    • Return/Compensate Policy of Handmade Products: Due to the  uniqueness of handmade or custom products, please understand that we do not accept mid-order returns or unreasonable returns. All handcrafted items are non-refundable and considered as final sale.
    • You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your purchase to initiate a return.

    • Non-handcrafted items must be returned within 14 days to qualify for a refund or compensation. The eligibility for return and the type of compensation offered will vary depending on the specific situation.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
      • Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

         

      • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
